General:

The terms and conditions mentioned hereunder as well as else where at this B2B Exchange shall be applicable to all those who visit or use this B2B Exchange or Web Portal (also called "website" or "site" here). 

The agreement between Member / User / visitor and this Exchange shall be governed by the provisions of Indian Information Technology Act, 2000; Indian Contracts Act, 1930; as well as other appropriate provisions of law in India. 

Membership fees charged are for Services provided by eSalesMIS from time to time. These Members will have limited rights only of entering and updating their company and product details, except name of the organization, in a given format; and using this Exchange for their legitimate business. 

The Registered Members / Customers shall have no other rights including right of ownership in any other manner whatsoever, express or implied from eSalesMIS.

The statistics and Management Information Reports are based on the data as collected online from the Exchange functionality itself. Since the variation in usage may differ from person to person, time to time and product to product, eSalesMIS takes no responsibilities for the resultant variation in the statistical information provided.  Any decision taken on basis of any such MIS available on the exchange should be cross verified before implementation. eSalesMIS does not accept any responsibility of any direct or indirect  damage or loss to the client or their associates in any case whatsoever.

Any other services offered and / or marketed by our eCommerce Partners and other service providers from anywhere in the world, shall be governed by the rules and regulations of respective partners or service providers.

Therefore eSalesMIS cannot accept any responsibility for loss of money, goods, reputation or any other tangible or intangible loss by any Member or user of this Exchange under any circumstance; and eSalesMIS indemnifies itself fully against any such events.

It shall be the Members / customers / buyers responsibility to verify the claims made by the news / information / products / services providers.

eSalesMIS does not sell any other products or services of other suppliers or manufacturers, unless specifically mentioned; and therefore does not collect any money for such supplies, unless mentioned expressly at this Exchange; nor does it offer any warranty or guarantee on such products or services for quality, quantity or delivery time either directly or indirectly. 

The products and services of other suppliers / manufacturers available in the Exchange are properties of their respective suppliers or manufacturers, and therefore it is buyers' responsibility to verify the claims made by such suppliers / manufacturers before purchasing any products or services; and eSalesMIS shall not be responsible for any disputes arising out of such transactions, whether through this Exchange or outside this Exchange.
